Connecter tabs were all bent over because it wasnt shipped in a suitable container. That really sucks when you are paying 170.00 for a small part.

Sears Parts/tools
Was easy to intall. A real no brainer. For those that do not have a Master Protection Agreement and would have to pay for this part through Sears you can get the same part on Amazon for $30.00. Sears price is a total of $180.00. I have very little to do with Sears anymore. Back in the day 50'-70's it was a great place to get pretty much anything. Today they sell junk just like eveyone else but sell it for more money. Quality just isn't there anymore.

Directions
The man I talked to was very helpful in determining what we needed. However he assured me the part would come with directions to install it. The package was even marked need directions. But there were none. Was able to find a video on line but if I hadn't been able to find a video I wouldn't have had any idea of how to do it

wrong part
Needed a control switch for my stove. I online chatted to order the part. The email sent had an electric coil burner. Not what I needed. I called in. After giving the rep the stove model number, she ordered a control switch. Got back-ordered. Received the part-it was the wrong part-again. Had to return it. This took 3 weeks. I was able to get the correct part from a different company. It was very easy to install.
