Extremely poor packing
I received the glass tray for my microwave in a thousand pieces. It was packed extremely poorly. I returned it to Sears and have not heard from them as to replacement or refund.

Poor communications.
The item I ordered was right but the problem I had I was never sent email with my confirmation number. I had no idea when the tray would arrive I had no way of tracking my delivery.

Wrong glass turn table
Sent the wrong size. To small, the number from the microwave was given to salesperson. It said for an LG not kenmore elite.
