send out anything and maybe something will work

ordered a mulching door got a metal washer, ordered again got a door for another style mower, ordered again and said the part was obsolete. Orders were done from the owners Manuel parts list. The service people were very helpful and nice but it seems to me the company is very unorganized or they have farmed it out to somebody else. Hopefully a refund will follow.
