Expensive plastic
Very good packed. Fast delivery and all !! I took one star off cos the price is complete ripoff for something out of plastic and so simple. Next time I would rather consider new fridge instead of paying almost $200 for crisper drawers!!

Arrived Perfectly and Fit
My crispers were kaput and needed replacing. I was happy that the Sears Parts replacement fit. Essential is providing the correct model number and maybe also measuring the part to be replaced

Crisper Drawer
I was disappointed parts 8 & 9, the sliding crisper vent did not come attached to the drawer nor were their any instructions for attaching the vent control to the drawer. It appears as though this piece is glued. I feel this oversight should have been clarified.

Unclear description to a nonprofessional
I thought I was purchasing the complete drawer. I purchased through Sears even though I could have gotten it cheaper through other sites. I wanted to be sure I purchased correct drawer. When it arrived I was surprised to see it didn't include the tiny crisper lever. There is a hole in the drawer. I called customer service, assuming there was a mistake. But no, I was told I had to purchase the lever, which is 2 pieces, for another $40. This piece is 2 inches by half an inch. When I complained, (being a loyal Sears customer for over 30 years, always buying Kenmore) I was told she would take the issue to her supervisor, to see if they could send me one without additional cost. I haven't heard back from Sears. I will cover the hole with duct tape instead.

Excellent crisper drawer
I have a very old Kenmore refrigerator and one of the crisper drawers cracked badly. I couldn't find a replacement except through Sears. I was worried it would not fit. When the drawer arrived it fit perfectly and looks great! I am very pleased.
