Never buy parts again from PartsDirect
To sum it up. 1st purchase was dryer repair kit. Spoke with associate and told him model#, dryer series, and that my dryer has 6 drum rollers. The kit he sold me came with 4 rollers, belt, and pulley. Before placing order I asked him on three occasions, are you positive this kit has 6 rollers, because the online kit part# shows 4. He assured me the kit has 6 rollers, he double checked, and told me he was a parts expert. He said the website kit illustration was incorrect. Had to buy 2 more rollers. When installing the parts, the drum belt that came with the 4 roller kit is too small. I am extremely upset with Sears PartsDirect customer service. Most upset with the lying from the associate. I will purchase the correct drum belt from another supplier. You have lost a loyal customer.

Received wrong parts
asked for bering/pulley for Kenmore and described the spring driven assembly in the process. Part shipped was the other type pulley. will be happy when receive the correct part. would have been easier process if model number was visible from front of unit (or on plate inside front door).
