Got the part, but took a month to actually arrive
First thing that blows me away and will cause me to look harder for an alternative is the fact that they do not offer any type of express shipping. Don't know about anyone else, but they if laundry goes down in our house, it's a huge problem, so if you need it fast you'd better look elsewhere. Other than that I found the service folks to just read from a script and not care a lick about your problem.

BAD SERVICE. NO SUPPORT EARLY SHIPMENT
3 weeks shipping time. To save 10.00. WILL NOT do again. Went into it thinking maybe ship time sooner. NO SUCH LUCK. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.
