Not Compatible with my Stove
I ordered this element and another one using the diagram provided for the model stove/oven I have. The first one went in with no problems and functions properly. The second dual radiant surface item pictured does not match the simmer select element it is replacing. The electrical connections do not match and nobody form your company to date can provide a product that will work. This can't be that complicated but they have made it that way.

Not quite the same electrically
I've installed this element and it works. I took a picture of the electrical connections to help with installation. The problem was while the electrical connections appear to be identical two of the connectors are swapped so they not in the same place and one of the wires would not reach its new termination point. I ended up having to rotate the element to get the wire to reach.

Easy fix, not too expensive.
Seems to work even better than the original! Maybe the old one was on its way out for a while. Anyway, this one is great so far.

Easy to install
Took about 15 minutes. Just had to mount the old brackets on the new part, which was easy because the mounting holes are pre pressed
