Poor quality

It was used and bent enough that it doesn't fit in my dryer. Either quality control at factory is lacking or someone in distribution tried to send a used dryer rack to me. Shame on you. Silver Moon Perillo.

Wanted to order a drying rack for my Maytag dryer and their service person was very helpful in making sure I ordered the correct size. It fit perfect. Simple to use. Unfortunately the part was lost in transit but Sears replaced it immediately and expedited another one to me. Thanks for your service.
