Parts and service experience review

I ordered 2 times and still got the wrong parts. I sent back the first order but had to use the wrong color because I was fed up with dealing with sears on getting the correct part. I asked for the gray trim pieces and I was sent white. I called back and said I needed gray not white and then I was sent black. The parts are expensive for what they are. I believe next time I will but a difference appliance. I also had to have servicing done and it took 4 appts for it to be fixed correctly. I had a part that was $300 installed and it wasn't needed. All it ended up being was a loose wire on the igniter and it took 4 times with 3 different service guys to figure that out. I would give less than one star if you had that option. I will not use sears again.
