Easy to install
Install video wasn't much help, but if you clamp the tires in the middle of the wheel, then do one side at a time, it will take only about 5-10 minutes to get them installed. Also roll a small tube or nut driver under the tire and roll it all the way around to get a smooth running tire.

three hands would be useful
Pre-stretched tire several times, used c-clamp to ho;ld tire in place while slowly stretching tire onto wheel. Just needed a lot of muscle to get tire onto wheel
