Air damper control easy fix

The install was easy. I only had to remove 3 screws and a couple cables. The hardest part was removing the temperature probe that was clipped into the assembly. Be patient and carefully detach the clips without damaging the probe. The new control unit worked immediately and brought the temp back under control.

Cold freezer, warm refrigerator fix.

It was the exact part, however the quality was lacking. The 4 locking legs that reach into the freezer were shorter than original part. I had to trim the styrofoam body to make them lock and then not easily, unlike the original part's fit. However, once installed it fixed my problem of warm refrigerator, cold freezer. PS: I was able to leave the ice maker in while accessing the diffuser. It just take some finagling.

terrible customer service

Refrigerator stopped working, needed part fast and paid extra for expedited shipping, 3 days later get email informing part is on back order with no estimated arrival and no option to cancel order, so I find part somewhere else and then have to use chat to contact customer service (or be put on hold on phone), finally get order cancelled and then 3 weeks later part shows up at my house anyhow. Now I will go to our local Sears for face to face follow up.
