Parts were sent that I didn't order

Tried to order parts online but couldn't complete the order. A message saying 'could not complete my order at this time'. Order was not completed so I sourced parts elsewhere. Parts I did not order were sent and my bank account was changed without my consent. I contacted Sear Part to return parts and was told a shipping label would be sent.
