I ordered the part and 2 days later I had it . This was a part for a kitchen aid stand mixer , being able to get the part we needed was amazing !!! If I couldn't get the part to fix it ( only 25.00 for part and shipping) I would have had to spend 800.00 on a new mixer !

Have a kitchen aid that would not turn the mixer, motor would run. Found a stripped gear. SearsPartsDirect had the part for a reasonable price. Mixer works like new. If you do a similar repair, don't forget to get some new food safe grease to replace the old stuff. Total repair took a bit over an hour.
