R & R Orbital sander pad.

I had some difficulty with the R & R. While there is a slot in the screws (three of them), they just aren't set up to use a slotted screwdriver. The screw heads work best with a square driver. But there are so many sizes I found it difficult to retrieve the correct size. Also, in the replacement mode, the three holes in the new pad were "off" just ever so slightly. It took some time to make the alignment and not cross thread the screw.
