A spindle and bolts for a riding lawn mower deck.

Part fit easy install. Why are the self tapping bolts not included with the spindle?? You will need them because the old one are no good. You charge &3,00 + for each bolt. On ebay you can get the spindle and bolts together at a much lower price.
