Instalation kit for microwave
I called for an installation kit for a microwave. Long story short. No one knew what they were doing. I ended up purchasing 2 set of templates and 2 sets of different screws. It added 5 week to my project.

Paper thin materials
Easy to install but be careful, it's so thin, it could easily break. It bends just by touching it. It did do the job though!

Ridiculous price for a few screws, almost criminal
I need the bolts to secure the microwave to the cabinet because they were lost or dispose of it advertently.
