Top Loading Kenmore Washer Repair

Working on the unit wasn't that difficult but spare parts needed was an issue. Ordered the bearing kit but the software offered "additional parts" (bearing seals) that SEARS state are used with this type of repair. Added parts, just in case, because of this recommendation. When arrived the kit already had the seals included so the additions were not needed. However these seals couldn't be "returned" like other washer parts, this resulted in having parts that weren't needed or refundable.
