Second shipment with crushed parts.
They insist on shipping fragile plastic parts in a single plastic bag, second shipment and destroyed again in shipping.

Fragile part shipped in plastic band and destroyed
Sears shipped a fragile part in plastic bag, the parts were literally crushed and were useless, had to spend another hour or so on the phone to request replacement, not sure when the new parts will arrive? As far as the parts: I will be experimenting with clear epoxy to reattach the ring and button to the small pushbutton board.

Luck on how not broken you receive this part
The parts you order may or may not be broken upon arrival since they deliver the part unprotected, no box, no bubble wrap. Just in 2 bags, one for the part, one for shipping. Got lucky with second part with only one prong being bent and not broken. outside of that, if you know what you are doing, it's pretty easy to install and will last for a decnt amount of time.

Damaged products and insecure packaging
Both products arrived bent/damaged! The shipping did not include protective packaging, instead the product was shipped in a thin plastic bag!
