Not the right parts.
It took about a month just to receive the part. We did not receive a 'kit' pers'. Only received the flexible hose and that particular part does not fit our model LP1210BXR. Its far too big and has too many pieces around the area to lock it into the AC. Ours only needs 3 pieces for lock mechanism. The round plastic part that locks into the AC, is too large for our model. The number that corresponds with our model is 352390, it's difficult to tell which parts your getting from ANY online dealer because many of them deal with these COV numbers. So you 'try' to match your number with theirs. Very conveluted process. Sears picture of product shows CORRECT hose and diffuser!! Where is it?!?!

DOES NOT FIT LG1311BXR
This is the second part # I have ordered for my LG1311BXR and it does not fit either. This item arrived as a 6" exhaust hose/window kit, whereas the LG1311BXR requires a 5" exhaust hose/window kit. I would have thrown in the towel by now, but customer service continues to be relentless in the pursuit of the correct replacement part. I will give them some time to discuss with the manufacturer (LG) before addressing the issue further.

Hard to locate part, but very much less expensive than the few other vendors who carried it.
