Still waiting on correct part.

I ordered a front panel for my dryer. I received it quickly enough, however they sent the wrong part. It was the front panel for a washer, not the dryer. After a week of calling and being told their system was down, I finally chatted with a rep online. I was told my issue would be sent to the correct people and I would receive instructions on how to return the wrong part and that I would receive the correct one in 1-3 business days. It's now been 10 days and I'm still waiting.
