Sears is the WORST!!!
Sears told me I was DEFINITELY going to need this extremely small $4 screw to install my part. I didn't need it AT ALL!! Still haven't used it. But delivery was quick and easy, just wish I could say the same for the part I ordered. I'll never use Sears again and will not recommend anyone else use this worthless company. Your customer service is useless, who ever you have running parts and inventory needs to be fired.
