Slightly damaged.

Arrived slightly damaged. One of the bars on the rack was disconnected on one side. Still can be used but would have been nice to get a product that wasn't damaged. Otherwise, great broiler. Tried to get them to send a replacement for the rack but they wanted me to send the whole thing back. I've already used it and don't have a printer to print out packaging slip. Also, not worth bringing to a post office or UPS store given current pandemic. Will have to just live with it.
