Almost looked Used!

When I received the part it was barely padded in the box. There was a single layer of bible wrap and the bag the control board came in was torn open. There were finger prints all over the board and it just had that appearance it was a return they stuck me with. I installed it this weekend but now need another part before we can test the board. For a near $200 electronic control board it was the worst packaging I have ever seen from anything I have ever ordered. The lack of padding made the board bounce all around in the box. It was kind of hard to believe it would be sent this way. It was also about 5 days late. When I called I couldn't understand the Sears customer service rep. I'm pretty sure they were in another country and English was a second language. They had no answer for me as to where my part was and why it was late.
