Additional Information
Carburetor 753-06190 replaces part numbers 753-06423 and 753-08501. It delivers the correct air-fuel mixture to the engine for efficient performance.
Replace this part if your trimmer is hard to start, stalls, or runs unevenly. A worn or clogged carburetor can disrupt fuel flow and reduce engine efficiency.
Work in a well-ventilated area and disconnect the spark plug before starting. Wear work gloves to protect your hands during installation. Use a screwdriver and socket wrench to remove the old carburetor and install the new one, following your model?s service manual for guidance.
This trimmer had been sitting a few years and also needed new fuel lines. The carb and gaskets arrived in a few days. It took about thirty minutes to replace the carb and install new fuel lines. The trimmer started on the third pull and ran very good without any adjustments.

Fits Craftsman 25CC Weedeater Perfect

I left old gas in a brand new trimmer only used for one season and it ran crappily until it wouldn't crank anymore Would have taken 10 minutes to change but I followed advice from Youtube commenter: "put gasket on both contacts and it will run better". Shame on me....it wouldn't stay running until I took the "extra gasket" off. Works like a champ now. Probably would have been cheaper to perform surgery on the carb but ain't nobody got time for that. 20 bucks later I was back to happily whacking ants and wood chips into my face. MAKE SURE TO PURCHASE THE GASKET SEPARATELY. DOES NOT COME WITH IT.
