Substitutions do not fit like original parts

I had to order 4 parts to attach the chute to the bagger. They substituted 2 of the four parts and they do not all fit together. I am either going to have to take the mower in or have service come out and maybe they can get the puzzle to fit. For a price, of course. Maybe that was the intention all along.
