Kudos to Sears PD, down with Whirlpool

Sears Parts Direct had a great if not best price on a new, original Whirlpool part. The site was easy to navigate, search and order. After a brief delay due to back order, it was delivered. The part itself is straightforward to replace, much like assembling a desktop computer from parts. Unrelated to Sears, this part should not have failed after three years, conveniently outside the warranty period. Our previous Whirlpool Gold electric range oven went twenty years without repairs.
