Reviews
Wingnuts for Craftsman Saw
My old Craftsman circular saw has 2 wing nuts that help with the depth and angle adjustments. Years ago, one of the "wings" broke off of one of the nuts. The metal on the nuts seemed to be of low quality, and I've been afraid of the other nut also breaking. I bought 2 new nuts from Sears Parts Direct, and they look to be high-quality stainless steel. They were expensive (about $6 per nut with shipping), but they'll hopefully give my saw many more years of useful life.
