Wrong part sent

Ordered the motor since our refrigerator kicked the bucket and I was so excited when the part came in early. When we tried to install it, it was the WRONG part!! The motor was no fitting like it should. I looked back to see if I made a mistake, but according to the website it was the correct part. The motor is currently on its way back to you. So disappointed!
