It was relatively easy for us to install ourselves after watching a You Tube video. Only installed maybe 10 days so far so cannot speak to the ling run but so far so good

Oven heating element
Easy to install. Price a little high. Bought both elements and door seal. Total was about half the price of a new oven

Easy to install!
Never done this before, but my fellow deacon, handy friend came by and took care of it. Looked so easy I might try it in 10 years if this one burns up. I think 10 years was a great run.

Easy to install
The repair man wanted $378.00 to obtain and install the part, watched him take the old part out in less than 5 minutes. Decided to find the part ourselves and install, very easy to install and looked to be more sturdy than the original part which lasted 14 years.
