When the beat-up, flimsy box arrived I was very concerned that the element might be ruined! No worries, everything was OK. The element installed perfectly and was a DYI project that went well.

Replace both the bake and broil at the same time..

Again, if you're replacing an element it's best to replace both the bake and the broil, the main reason being that if logic holds and one has gone out or is diminished in its heating then the other is likely on the verge of doing so as well...don't forget to check your sensor first as that may prove to be the original problem (it controls whether your elements heat past a certain point).

I received the wrong Range Broil Element (318255606). I received the Broil Element for the top of my oven, not the bottom. Also, I purchased 2 Wall Oven Broil Element Support Hangers (5304403015), which are unnecessary. I used the online chat service to ensure that I had ordered the correct part. Not sure how this happened when I chatted with a representative before I ordered the part.
