Picture needs to show that ALL parts are included. Directions would have been nice. The circular end isn't air tight with my unit, not sure it is the correct one b/c it has 3 edges to click into the back of the unit, then twist to lock. My unit has 2 divots.

Even though the description when purchasing states it would fit my a/c unit, it didn't. This is the second one I've ordered. I'm so feed up, I'm not at the point of duct taping this one to make it work. Thankful for duct tape.
