The infamous horrible cafe microwave door
If you have a choice between replacing the constantly breaking door handle vs. the whole door. Do the whole door. The repair to remove the handle is difficult and can damage the door b/c you have to dissemble the whole door. Note, the new door still has the same junky plastic door handle. I suggest you insulate it from heat by putting foil around it and then cover with cloth.
