The process was awful dealing with the sears service dept. at one point the service person told me not to ever call back. I couldn't understand what she as saying so I asked for someone else 3 times and then demanded someone who spoke English. A service tech came to my house and told what was wrong but it was going to cost $600 but he said the parts were only $60. He said he would send me a email with the part numbers but that never happened. In my experience dealing with sears I learned I will never buy another sears product again.
