Buy the assembly
The roller comes as it looks but there is no way to install a new pin/axle. And if you buy that part it will cost more than buying the whole assembly. So don't buy the roller alone unless you have an extra pin and tool to flange the end. It took me awhile to install because I had to go to Ace and rig a new axle.
