Perfect Fit and Performance
Being in business since 1977, my reputation is always at stake. This part was unavailable at all of my usual suppliers where I can get a discount. Sears had the part, I told the customer i t would be more expensive. They did not mind. I had the part drop shipped to the customer. Sears sent the wrong part. The right part is no longer available. Now sears repair dept is trying to hold responsible for $120 This is very wrong. Not fair. I never had a problem with Sears like this.

Miracle peace
I bought a used freezer, it would fail to start the compressor from time to time, I pounded o a spot inside with my fist every morning and it started. A tech rep said I needed a thermostat. The thermostat arrived two weeks ago, placed it on top until I had time to install it, the freezer has worked perfectly since. I am afraid that if I return it, I will need one.
