Great item poorly packed (damaged)

Box arrived fairly crushed, completely open on one end. While it might be simple to blame the courier, it is also clear that the box was either far to large or not nearly padded enough to prevent the box from collapsing and cracking the drawer. As an environmentalist, I couldn't stomach returning the drawer for another, so I simply applied some Crazy Glue to the crack and I think it will be fine.

The drawer was broken when it arrived. The shipping box was not damaged, The drawer was cracked and a piece was broken out of it. The broken piece was not in the box. So it was damaged before it was placed in the box. I need a replacement drawer.
