Knob doesn't fit correctly
The knob I purchased looks exactly the same as the original however, the back side piece that is supposed to fit on the range, is in the wrong direction. I really don't understand the problem getting these replacements being incorrect.....VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Very frustrating
I need a knob for a Whirlpool oven. I put the part # into the SearsPartsDirect.com website, which told me what I needed. The part I received looked very similar, but did not fit the oven correctly. I connected with someone at customer service, who apologized and said she would send the correct part. She then sent the exact same part, so now I have to make another trip to UPS to return it. Won't do business with this company again.
