Reviews
Just the right part...eventually
Sears (like many online appliance parts retailers) doesn't always accurately track or advertise the correct status of parts availability. Even several weeks after my order had been in backorder status, the Sears website continued to claim "In Stock". When the part finally delivered, the new burrs worked great.

Works like new
I bought a used grinder that had dull blades. Grinder works like new now. Make sure to order 2. They were selling them as singles at the time I purchased so I had to call them to add another. If you need to calibrate after installing new blades, turn the grinder on and slowly move the dial in until you hear the blades touching (you'll know when you hear it). Then back it off one click. That will now be the fine setting.

Excellent
The kitchenAid coffee grinder was 20 years old and the grinders were getting dull. I was about to junk it when I found the parts online. I read several comments where people had trouble with it, but I noticed that I needed to buy two: one for the front and one for the back. Removal of the old grinders was a little sticky, be careful not to damage the heads. But once the old screws were out, wipe the coffee residue out, and install the grinders with the four screws and lock washers. Then reassemble the grinding wheel. Make sure you turn the wheel until it seats all the way in, but then you knew that if you've kept the assembly clean.
