Failures all around.

I purchased the part nearly 3 months ago, and received a weekly email telling me that it was not in stock, even though it said it was on the site where I purchased it. I had the original part repaired, and in the meantime canceled my order with Sears parts direct. However, without any warning or even a shipping email with a tracking number, they mailed the parts to my house and did not issue me a refund like I had asked. Now I am waiting for them to arrange return shipping for that part. The whole experience has been frustrating. In addition, their customer support service is poorly run and involves overseas customer support representatives whose phone connections are terrible. when I tried to order a return shipping label, they said the system was down. It appears that there are failures on nearly every part of this system.
