Expensive part soon to fail again
It wasn't the part pictured, but it replaced the old broken part of the mixer exactly. Even jammed up the exact same way! I realize this is a kitchenaid part problem but it was an expensive replacement. Since it seems just as likely to break during my next use I'm less able to afford repeated replacements.

Didn't look like the part in the picture
The picture on the web site was the exact match to the old part that broke. When the new part arrived it looked nothing like the picture on the website. It's works fine but I was disappointed not to get the exact replacement.
