Shipping late!
I was unhappy with the shipping response. Customer service was no help. They were unable to tell me anything about my order. An email was sent to another department which I never got a response. I got my order a week after the date given and no update on my shipping at all.

This is a most basic repair. Anyone can do it. Make sure you have the stove model number. If it is in a difficult location to see, snap a photo of it.
