Wrong part sent

Sent the wrong part although I cancelled the order and they said it couldn't be due to already shipped 1.5 weeks later I recieve that it shipped. So it could of been cancelled. Plus as stated recieved late and still got the wrong part figured with late shipping at least and the right part
