The part was an exact duplicate of the original, other than the electrical connecter, which was easily adjusted. Actually the water tubing connecter was a better design. Very easy to install.

We are NOT DIYers and if water is involved, we run as fast as possible in the opposite direction. This was no big problem once we found some instructions online. We had never seen the push in hose connectors and weren't sure how they would work. It we now have water and ice again!
