Replacement of Crisper Drawer
The handle to our crisper drawer broke so was replaced per our service agreement. Was a bit difficult to get out but we did it. Shipping was lousy - had to send a second drawer as the first was damaged in shipping.

Very easy to install
We had a wheel fall off our crisper. Therefore the crisper drawer cracked. We called and got the right part. It was easy to install. The nice lady we spoke to helped us a lot.

The old one was difficult to remove
The old one is difficult to remove. The new one comes without the rear wheels. They are fairly easy to remove. Putting them on the new one requires lots of caution not to break the pin retainer fixtures. Specially difficult when one of the retainer fixtures was broken in half. Gorilla glue works well.

Incorrect item
The drawer was not the part needed and was broken when it arrived. The packing was very insufficient for the part to be delivered safely. Now awaiting further instructions for return and credit.
