Had 3rd party install part.
Service with sears and ordering parts was the worst. Absolutely horrible. Called them and the rep I spoke to on the phone every time was incompetent. They shipped me the wrong part twice. I attempted to return the second wrong part shipped but they couldnt even get emailing me a return label right so I called back and they ended up just refunding me and telling me dont worry about sending the part back. I remember when this company was good when they had local stores you could go to for help. Absolutely horrible customer service.
