Poor order process
The website initially indicated my order would arrive on Wednesday and then after I placed the order, the delivery changed to Friday. Then, the website is useless as there is no way to communicate a question via email, chat or phone call about the order and my only option was to cancel. When I cancelled, the two orders were still at the warehouse but no way to avoid having Sears direct actually mail them. Also, I could not cancel both parts together but had to do it separately and thus pay two cancellation/shipping return charges. Your phone number seems designed to frustrate rather than help. I'll not ever order from Sears Direct again (parts are available on Amazon for cheaper and quicker delivery).

Good Fix and Easy to Install
Problem: Refrigerator and Freezer stopped working. With the refrigerator plugged in the compressor was still warm to the touch but was not coming on. I tested the start capacitor and it tested good. I took the start relay off and it was making loose part noise so at that point I figured that I would replace it. This kit had every configuration for all side by side refrigerators. The instructions worked well and I replaced the parts for my installation. Thanks to all of the T/S feedback from other DIYers. My refrigerator is now working great!

The kit was complete and came with instructions.
There was two separate start relays be sure to read the instructions for the one to use. One is for the "80" compressor the other for the "90" modle compressor. Disregaurd the "overload" change for the Style 2 "90" compressor. Worked like new..
