It fit, and that is important.
The door seal was good but did not seem to be as high a quality as the original seal and lacked a certain rigidity to the portion that is to be inserted into the door seal retaining groove. Also, the packaging was poor and allowed the seal to become somewhat deformed and had to be reshaped before install. Overall fair to good product, but a bit more expensive than expected.

Easy to install
Unit was shipped timely and packaged properly. Make sure you take out of box and let sit for a few hours to "relax" the part. No tools necessary to install!

Looks like the original, but...
The gasket came attached to a flimsy cardboard backing. It was undamaged, but it could easily have been bent or crimped if the shipper had been careless. The gasket itself looks just like the original, although it feels more pliable (perhaps because of the age of the original). It was in perfect condition. The retention feature is a rubber bead that pops into a groove around the perimeter of the door. It took a while to get it seated. I had to 'lube' the bead with soap to get it to seat properly. The magnetic strip does not seem strong as on the original; there is not as much resistance to opening the door. I think, because of the weak magnet, the door does not seal as well as before. It could be my imagination, but it seems like the compressor kicks on more frequently and/or runs longer.
