Not to difficult
Have to remove the deck and there is a screw that holds it in place on the top that is a challenge to remove. I sanded off a portion of the head of the screw before I put it back together. If you have moderate mechanical abilities this will not be to difficult for you to complete. Heck of a lot cheaper than paying someone as I had less than 20 dollars in the part.
