Whirlpool Replacement Light Module is oversized
Whirlpool Replacement Light Module, W11130208 which replaces my original P/N W10637153 appears to be larger than the original module. I tried for over an hour to get the new light module to fit in the socket to no avail. The light module works but it is not seated properly in the freezer. When I first received the replacement light module, my initial thought was that it looked larger. I watched a lot of you tube videos and on-line videos and everyone was able to easy push the light module into the freezer. I was looking to see if there was any special maneuver required to make the light fit flush in the freezer but could not find one.

Easy to install
It took 2 min to install I just took the old one out and plugged a new one in ....if one light is out in the freezer the whole freezer goes out

Installing LED light assembly
On the door of the freezer is the switch that operates the lights. When there are no lights, hit that switch & each light should light up. The light that does not turn on is the burned out switch. Order the LED Light Assembly, pry the burned out light, & plug in the new light. A past refrigerator repairman schooled me on how to do it & also gave me the numbers for the light. It was very simple to order. The part came in 4 days as promised. This is a Kenmore refrigerator.

Easy installation.
Easy installation, it took less than 5 minutes. This bulb was inside the sliding bottom freezer and once replaced, the rest of the bulbs started working. This was for a Kitchen Aid fridge.

Why not just provide the LED?
Back in the day, when your refrigerator light burned out you just replaced the bulb. Why not provide the LED without the remainder of the assembly for a fraction of the cost?
