• Check cleaning solution level in the solution tank. Refill the solution tank with water and detergent if it's empty.
• Check for a lint screen clog in the cleaning solution tank cap. If the tank cap is clogged, soak the tank cap in warm water and then rinse the cap under running water to remove the clog.
• Check for a clogged spray nozzle. Clean the spray nozzle by rinsing it under water.
• Make sure the upper handle is locked in the upright position. Rotate the retractable handle lock, pull the upper handle up and lock the retractable handle lock.
